Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and major festival days).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak festive seasons (such as Diwali or New Year periods), order processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days due to high volume. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and regulatory classification for safe transit.

Domestic Shipping (Within India): Standard ground transport for seasonal goods typically takes 3 to 7 business days post-processing, depending on your location and regional courier regulations for pyrotechnics.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select regional zones where expedited ground handling is permitted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our licensed shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Safe Transport & Delivery Restrictions

Due to safety regulations governing the transport of pyrotechnic materials and seasonal crackers, certain remote locations or air-freight routes may be restricted to ground-only transport networks.
An adult (18 years or older) must be available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the delivery where required by local safety guidelines.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please take photos of the outer carton and damaged items, and contact us immediately.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery branch, then reach out to our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
