No, there is no strict minimum order requirement to complete a purchase.

Any time before the box is sealed and handed to the courier. Call the workshop with your order number and we'll sort it out the same day

Tamil Nadu 2–3 days, rest of South India 3–5 days, and 5–8 days elsewhere in India. Diwali week is busier, so order by mid-September to be safe.

We ship across India by licensed explosive-goods carriers. A few metro pin codes restrict fireworks delivery — the checkout will flag it before you pay.

Not currently. Fireworks are restricted cargo on most international routes, so orders are India-only for now.

Every item is bedded in straw and paper inside a double-walled carton, sealed with our red workshop stamp, and marked as handle-with-care

Yes — PESO Grade-A certified, tested batch by batch at the workshop before anything is packed for dispatch.

Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, stoves, lamps and diyas. Never store crackers in the kitchen or near the puja lamp.

Our Kids Collection — sparklers, flowerpots, ground chakras and colour smokes — is made with child-safe formulations. Adult supervision is still a must.

Never relight a dud. Wait 15 minutes, then soak it in a bucket of water and dispose of it. Message us with the batch code and we'll replace it.

Sealed, unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety reasons, opened fireworks cannot be taken back.

Send a photo of the carton and contents to mojo.crackers123@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll ship a free replacement.
